2017 will mark 113 years since the birth of Dr. Seuss and the Children’s Discovery Museum of the Golden Crescent will be celebrating with students from across the Golden Crescent! On Thursday, March 2nd, students will enter the magical world of “The SEUSSICAL S.T.E.A.M. FEST”, an event that bridges the gap between literacy and STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math) in a fun hands-on way.  It will be a day packed with music, science experiments, art, introductions to hands-on technology, the magic of math, and creative engineering challenges. This field trip opportunity is geared toward 2nd grade students.
